Consider:

The type of illneses covered under the policy?
Does it cover theft committed by the helper?
Is the policy transferrable should you change helpers during the period of insurance?
Is it easy to contact them?
What is involved in processing a claim?
Do they have consultants fluent in your language?
How soon does the policy take effect after you have processed the application?
